Valid definition of Active member
- A valid active member is someone who has accumulated 500 recharges and 1,000 turnover or more, with ongoing deposits.
- Commissions are paid monthly in the first week of the month, with the calculation cycle running from the first day to the last day of the month, resetting on the 1st day for a new cycle.

When the agent’s downline does not have any losses in the next month, they will not receive the win/loss commission because of a decrease in income.
